ABOUT YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a passionate UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UX Designer at Setapp, you will work alongside with the full SCRUM team on a wide variety of projects on two main areas: Transport & Logistics and Virtual Trainings.
You work directly with clients, users and your team to help solve complex problems using strong UX skills utilizing a full range of mediums, design tools, inspiration and insight.
At Setapp we care about your experience and knowledge, so you will have space to engage in the development of the Product Design department and its final shape.
YOU WILL
- Facilitate discovery workshops with clients to gather all necessary information and shape the product vision
- Conduct user research including in depth user interviews, and use gathered data and product analytics to understand customer needs/pain points/motivations, make decisions, and communicate solutions
- Map processes of clients organisations to build shared understanding between product team and clients
- Work with Product Management and Engineering leaders to define use cases, requirements, customer journeys, and interactions
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes and validate them with users
- Present your work to stakeholders across the company to receive feedback and communicate the value of design
- Contribute to building Setapp’s internal design process
- Work in a team to choose the right methods and tools for creative problem solving
- Leverage our product design principles and government personas to craft elegant, but practical solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- Portfolio showcasing excellence in user experience.
- The portfolio should include process and outcomes
- Experience in working in cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to market, including experience in collaboration with Engineers and Product Managers
- Strong command of the design process, methods, and activities as well as visual design and communication skills
- Experience in building and shipping high-impact digital products for consumer or commercial audiences
- Positive attitude, compassionate curiosity and a desire to learn and collaborate, open-minded
- Experience in driving and facilitating discovery workshops
