The person who joins us will be responsible for supporting our clients' users. The assistance will be carried out remotely or at the client's headquarters in Poznań.
It is important to be able to effectively translate with an accessible user language and solve problems. The person in this position will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, including Apple hardware.
Everyday work takes place in accordance with the established SLA rules.
Tasks are related to:
- supporting users in terms of hardware and software problems
- supporting LAN / WiFi, Active Directory, G Suite, VoiP and other networks
- managing the equipment and keeping it in good condition
- authorization management on client server systems
- construction and maintenance of simple WiFi networks
The Perfect Candidate:
- has knowledge and skills at the level of IT technician
- knows and fluently supports Windows 7 and 10
- has experience in a technical support of users
- had the opportunity to work with Active Directory and MS Exchange
- had the opportunity to work with Apple equipment
- has experience in working with Office and Office 365
- knows English (minimum level of reading technical documentation)
- has a driving license category B (possession of a car is not required, but we will be happy to hire someone who owns own car and we will settle for a mileage)
