Job description
We are a software development house based in Poznan, Poland. Since 2009 we have been developing web and mobile applications, and since 2015 we have delivered VR development projects. For our clients we not only provide software outsourcing services ranging from customized applications to engineering intricate systems, but we also offer them agile coaching, support and maintenance throughout our collaboration.
About the role:
About the role:
- diagnosing and solving software and hardware problems on workstations and mobile devices (iOS, macOS, Windows, Android)
- provideing technical support of the highest quality (on level I and II line) to the company workers, VIP clients according to the established SLA rules
- supporting Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, LAN / WiFi, Active Directory, Cisco VPN, and other networks
- timely implementation of applications
- preparation and delivery of workstations and other IT equipment
- building cooperation and relationships with teams of administrators and external service providers
- maintaining documentation
Apply if you:
- have an experience as an IT Support
- know and fluently support Windows 7 and 10
- have knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SeriveNow is welcome
- support for devices with the following systems: MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android
- have technical knowledge in the field of computers and mobile devices service
- have English level: B2
- are good communicator with a client at various levels - technical / non-technical people, supporting VIP users
- are team player
- are ready for business trips
- have a driving license category B (possession of a car is not required, but we will be happy to hire someone who owns own car and we will settle for a mileage)
