Hi! We are looking for a Head of Agile / Agile Lead who will be responsible not only for managing the Agile team but will also provide servant leadership to the organization when it comes to Agile practices and values. 

You will
  • Manage Scrum Masters and  Product Owners on the team as well as provide true leadership for teams as needed
  • Share frequent and timely feedback with deliverables, risks and options to provide greater visibility and reliability on work in flight
  • Foster trust by promoting and maintaining transparency into the organization.
  • Work through collection of valuable metrics
  • Coach and support continuous improvement within the team
  • Be a servant leader to whole organization and support the removal of blockers
  • Coach and train co-workers, management and clients on Agile practices and values
  • Encourage an experimentation mindset and try new ways of working.
 
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience of working in Agile methodologies in a roles like Scrum Master or Product Owner
  • Practical knowledge of software product lifecycle and product discovery
  • Experience of working as a Team Leader, deep understanding of what this role means and why it’s so important 
  • Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Proactive, business oriented with an open mind
  • Ability to coach business partners which are not used to Agile ways of working
  • Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • English at B2 or higher
  • Great communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and team spirit
