    Our platform SentiOne Automate empowers enterprise organizations to transform customer service with AI conversational chat and voice bots. We are using our proprietary cutting-edge technology in the fields of machine learning and natural language processing. 

    We’re looking to welcome Bot Testers to join our growing bot design team, working on ensuring bot quality.

    We’re building large-scale bot projects in voice and chat, and to ensure our platform scales well, we need to ensure quality. You’ll be making a direct impact in testing our bots with automated and manual testing. 

    You’ll be focused on writing test scenarios, running test scripts and reporting issues to our bot design and development teams.

    Place of work: Remote, Poland
    Workload: full-time, permanent

    What You’ll Be Responsible For:

    • Creating and running test scripts to ensure bot and platform quality
    • Reviewing chat/voice bot conversations, validating the content and correct conversations
    • Identifying and reproducing bugs and issues
    • Assisting bot designers, developers and project managers in quality management
    • Documenting test processes, bugs and solutions
    • Collaborating with our language researchers, bot developers, commercial managers and product owners
    • Assisting in resolving bugs and errors of our bots and platform

    What You Need to Get the Job Done:

    • Fluent in Polish, communicative English
    • Have 1-year of experience in testing, UAT testing or QA
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work independently at times
    • Great attention to detail and ability to analyze requirements
    • Enthusiastic about chatbots, AI, NLU and machine learning
    • Basic programming knowledge or eagerness to learn
