Senovo IT is urgently looking for Java Backend Developers and Java Ful stack Developers for a B2B contract in Warszawa.

Location: Warszawa 2 days on site 3 remote it can be done fully remote once you established in an international team.

Experience required : minimum 5 years on commercial experience

As a Java Engineer, you will play a role in designing, documenting, and implementing new systems, as well as enhancing and modifying existing software. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality code that complies with design specifications and meets security standards and Java best practices. You will interact closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure that our products and services meet or exceed expectations. This is a freelance position with the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities:

• Design, document, and implement new systems, as well as enhancements and modifications to existing software.
• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and services that meet business requirements.
• Passionately pursue zero-defect code and ensure that the team's deliverables exceed business expectations.
• Identify opportunities for product innovation and strive for improvements to best practices, standards, and processes.
• Coordinate Continuous Integration activities and contribute to testing automation frameworks.
• Present technical solutions, capabilities, considerations, and features in business terms.
• Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner.
