Middle Python Developer

We are currently seeking a talented Middle Python Developer with 3 years of experience. In this key position, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining our internal Python applications. You will be part of Software Development Team dedicated to developing our application for scientists, created from scratch by our skilled IT experts. We offer interesting and complex projects in the rapidly growing biotechnology industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining Python applications for mission-critical systems that are often high-volume and low-latency.
• Participating in all stages of the development process.
• Writing code that is well-designed, efficient, and testable.
• Testing and debugging of own software.
• Supporting and maintaining existing systems.
• Participation in innovative projects.
• Working closely with other developers, database architect, systems analysts other teams.

Your Background

• Python 3 (3+ years of experience in software development).
• Django, Flask, Gunicorn, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib.
• Angular 12, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3.
• PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD (Gitlab + git).
• Familiarity with APIs: REST, JSON.
• Communicative English and Polish (spoken and written).
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team and to share knowledge.
• Technical, computer science or related education.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages.

We are looking for a developer who is able to work from the office as follows:

• 1-3 months: 5 days a week from the office,
• after three months, we can consider a hybrid work mode.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of creating Automated Tests, TDD.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes.
