About the job

We are looking for a person with advanced skills in programming in JavaScript for the development of new projects, initially in Sharepoint environment, later in Data Engineering area, with focus on supporting ESG advisory efforts of Financial Strategy team together with an unit called “Sustainable Banking".

The role consists of many different assignments, especially in covering various sustainability topics, like analyses of sustainability data within SEB, sustainable loans KPI’s, carbon prices and its impact on various industries and many other, thus personal interest in this and knowledge of SQL and one of the back-end languages (preferable Python) would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with any of the visualization tools, like Tableau, is also nice to have as it is important to present the complex data in a nice and understandable way.

About the department

The Financial Strategy team within Large Corporates & Financial Institutions division creates advisory materials towards corporate clients mainly from Nordic countries, Germany and UK. Tasks include among others information gathering, creating financial analysis and models in MS Excel, preparation of client presentations and research on relevant topics, like industry themes or ESG and taxonomies impact on business.
