The role 

• Lead the creation and evolution of a comprehensive design system tailored for our Maritime SaaS solutions.
• Establish and maintain design patterns, components, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all product interfaces.
• Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including design specifications, guidelines, and documentation for developers to implement design components seamlessly.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing design solutions.
• Apply and develop design thinking principles, methodology and practice to deliver value. Collaboration with other UX Designers across product teams

Skills and experience 

• Experience creating design system for within larger organisations.
• Excellent understanding of best practices on SaaS functionalities.
• Experience working as UX or Product Designer within small product teams collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering Experience as designer in B2B enterprise workflow for creating software would be preferable
• Good understanding of UX and service design methods and experience collaborating with other UX designers across product teams
