About the role:

Join our Implementation Team team building SD Worx’s top‑tier payroll solution for large Belgian organizations—powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

You’ll help drive the product forward, experiment with new ideas, and explore fresh tech. Think of it as crafting clean code with a side of innovation.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Become a true expert in our application — you’ll dive in, dissect it, understand it, feel it.

• Design and build new features and APIs in X++

• Enhance and maintain our D365FO add‑on “X‑Tend”

• Develop and ship clean updates, fixes, and improvements.

• Hunt down bugs and unravel the kind of issues that make others sigh loudly.

• Work with analysts, the PM and stakeholders to turn needs into sharp, workable solutions.

• Help build a squad that works autonomously, makes bold decisions, and consistently delivers value.

What do you have to offer?

Must‑haves:

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 FinOps

• Hands‑on mastery of X++

• Comfortable with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, LCS, MS SQL

• Fluent English

Bonus points:

• Dynamics AX2009

• C# experience

• ATL-based automated testing

• Power Platform (Apps, BI, Automate) embedded in FinOps

• Azure SQL, Data Lake, Dataverse

• Build pipeline experience in Azure DevOps
