We lead clients through the entire project execution process, from analysing needs and requirements, building and delivering solution all the way to implementation. DB Schenker Technology Center Warsaw is one of the three Global Delivery Hubs operating within the global DB Schenker structure. The other two are located in China and India.

We are looking for UX/UI Designer
Type of contract: UoP or B2B
Your tasks
- Design user friendly internal applications
- Review applications and suggest improvements
- Analyzes and optimizes User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design of service portfolio
- Collaborates with other teams and involves stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
- Elaborates and specifies solution designs according to (internal/external) customer requirements towards the IT portfolio
- Executes all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Creates wireframes, storyboards, user/process flows, site maps to communicate interaction & design ideas
- Conducts user research and evaluate user feedback
- Develops/ improves style guide, best practices & standards
- Designs web-based interfaces under consideration of UX
- Translates concepts into wireframes & mockups that lead to intuitive UX & facilitates the creativity by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, & mocking up UX
- Takes a user-centered design approach, rapidly test and iterate on designs
Your profile
- University degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
- Typically requires min. 2 years of experience in application interface design (proven in portfolio)
- Proficiency in UI tools: Sketch/Axure RP or other visual design and wire-framing tools knowledge of Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction, demonstrable UI design skills
- Good communication and presentation skills to work in a multi-cultural, multinational environment
- Team- and results-oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on high quality service performance
- Fluent in English language
