SAP Solutions Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities

• Development and participation in the implementation of requirements for processes and applications for end users within the framework of IT Security Management
• Contribution to customer portal administration support topics
• Contribution or initiation of further developments with experience in SAP ERP consulting
• Customer-oriented consulting and support of relevant stakeholders and our global business
• Support of projects for the further development of functionalities of tools (SAP, SNOW) 

Your Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within IT Service Management
• Experience in the SAP ERP suite
• High motivation to work in a global and agile environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional agile teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose innovative solutions and support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable business language
• Fluent in English spoken and written, German is also beneficial
