SAP Developer

Your Key Responsibilities

• Understanding the processes, needs and requirements of business departments to provide the best possible solution
• Support projects in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors environment
• Design, development and consulting in regards of programs (ABAP, WD4A, FIORI etc.) and interfaces (Web or oData services)
• Operations management of the implemented HR solutions (configure 3rd party tools for workforce management, monitor interfaces etc.)
• Collaboration with international project teams
• Providing technical support of the system after it has been delivered
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancement and changes in the world of SAP development and adapting to these changes by self-training and research work
• Play a role as essential project member for the rollout of the solution after pilot phase to at least Europe (travel might be included).
• Collaborate with a lot of IT departments to enable all different kind of interfaces and APIs (strong technical focus and coordinating tasks necessary)

Your Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering, economics or comparable studies
• Several years of experience in design, implementation, rollout and operation of IT systems
• Good prior experience in ABAP programming is essential, additional skills in FIORI Development and OData Services would be an advantage
• Experience in context of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors as well as integration knowledge in these domains
• Basic understanding of time management rules and HR basic knowledge preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English, knowledge in German language would be an advantage
• Analytical skills and structured/methodical approach, strong conceptual skills
• Travel willingness around 10-15% for project rollouts might be necessary
