Your Key Responsibilities

• Catena-X is a digital platform designed for the automotive industry, facilitating cross-industry data exchange and collaboration. Its primary goal is to enhance efficiency and foster innovation by enabling secure sharing and access to data among automotive companies, partners, and suppliers. This facilitates real-time information exchange and streamlines processes
• Participating in the development of the EDC as a connector linking companies to the Catena-X network, with a focus on enhancing implementation and usability
• Improving practical applications in business partner data management, traceability, and engineering
• Support in operation topics within the team and department

Your Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, (industrial) engineering or comparable qualification
• More than 3 years of experience as a software developer
• Extensive expertise in Full-Stack web development, with a preference for Java as the primary language, along with TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python
• Extensive experience in software design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Effective collaboration with external development teams to seamlessly integrate different systems
• Proficiency in APIs and system integration implementation
• Participation in open-source projects, particularly within the Eclipse Foundation or similar organizations is a plus
• Solution-oriented, structured and self-organized way of working
• Fluent in English, German is a nice to have
