The Role
You will help to build models around Risk Management, home value changes, and marketplace analytics.
Key Qualifications
- Min 3 years of experience (Senior/ Regular).
- Ph.D. or Masters in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Operations Research, or similar.
- High-quality coder, well-seasoned (3 years minimum) in deploying machine learning and/or statistical models into production.
- Experience with Data pre-processing, exploratory data analysis using a variety of techniques.
- Expert-level logical and analytical skills.
- Broad experience and solid theoretical foundation on the modeling process using a variety of algorithmic techniques.
- Experience with data profiling, distributions, confidence intervals, and hypothesis testing; testing and cross-validation.
Core responsibilities
- Assist in identifying critical questions to be answered and contribute to developing analytics-driven solutions and KPIs to enable more effective decision making
- Conduct analysis and data modeling to draw insights that drive critical decision making and to uncover subscriber patterns, user content consumption, and customer behavior patterns
- Monitor the effectiveness of analytical models and ensure accuracy of all data from source to final deliverable through a systematic data quality control process.
- Work with the data engineers to perform data surveying, profiling, and pre-processing.
- Model data management for validation.
- Interpret the results of data analysis; synthesize recommendations for action and changes.
- Present findings and suggested action and changes to a broad audience.
Project Duration: 1 year at least.
Localization: Remote (client is based in US East Coast - EST Time Zone). Open for remote teams, working with the engineering team from Asia and Poland (Scalac - Data Engineering Team). Expected overlap around 1-2h.聽
