Mid/Senior Graphic Designer

Your challenges:
- Being able to take high-level direction of a client's needs to produce engaging interactive ads
- Taking ownership of projects from concept to delivery
- Being able to improvise on RFP mocks with little to no creative assets
- Solving problems creatively and be able to compromise without impacting the work
- Working within our brand identity to create promotional elements and identities
- Working on the UI / UX of internal tool
- Conceptual work on the creation of information systems
- Conducting product availability analysis for the client (graphically and manually)
- Creating prototypes of products and services (service design)
- Cooperating with project team
- Working with an international team
Skills & Requirements
What we expect from you:
- 3-7 years of experience
- A strong portfolio with websites & mobile design
- Proficient in Photoshop
- Video knowledge
- Knowledge of After Effects and other video editing software
- Understanding of typography, movement and layout
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of best practice image compression and asset extraction
- Expert eye for detail and pixel perfection; no detail is too small or insignificant
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
- Can clearly articulate & decipher clients needs to make the correct design decisions
- Can transform high-level business needs into engaging creative
- Rich media ad experience
- Willingness to work in evenings hours (client’s time zone)
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Proactive approach, Can do attitude
- Problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English so you can communicate with our clients freely and that we help with learning
Even better:
- Ad builder experience (Celtra, JustAd, etc.) that can translate to a proprietary builder
- Mobile ad design experience
- Knowing animation
- Understanding of 3D, the s.Red Giant Suite, Video Copilot, & other Motion Graphics plugins
- Illustration abilities
- Understanding of the limitations and abilities of HTML5/CSS3/JS
