JUNIOR+ / REGULAR DEVOPS FOR INTERNAL PROJECT @ Scalac
Remote in Poland/HQ in Gdańsk

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a JUNIOR+/REGULAR DEVOPS ENGINEER WHO WILL BE BUILDING OUR INTERNAL PRODUCT WITH US. 
 
Project goal: To create a system using artificial intelligence to support HR, PM, and BD processes in the selection of contractors, in order to optimize the process of creating project teams that best meet the requirements of IT projects and guarantee employee retention and cooperation in the team.
 
We want someone, who has already been through their first commercial DevOps experiences and would love to expand their career path with us. The only thing you should bring to the team is a mix of engagement and willingness to learn. As a junior+/regular, you will have the opportunity to have ambitious tasks and will be provided with support from our side.
 
WHAT SALARY CAN YOU EXPECT?


  • 8000 - 12000 gross PLN / month on the contract of employment (UoP)


It varies and depends on your experience and skills and grows alongside your skills. You can count on regular and open discussions. We take a transparent approach to that matter.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
  • To be based in Poland and have Polish citizenship (due to the project requirements)
  • Good practices while working on code and infrastructure.
  • Basic understanding of how to use CRDs and operators
  • Nice to have: Container orchestration: Kubernetes (experience in using Helm and Kustomize)
  • Excellent communication skills, so you can communicate well with the technical team and our clients.
  • English at an advanced level as our clients are from the US (Silicon Valley) and West Europe.
  • A proactive approach, “can do” attitude, growth mindset, problem-solving skills, and being a real team player. 
  • Independence in your tasks and decisions while keeping the rest of the team in mind.
