Senior UX/UI Designer with Multiplatform experience

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Designer specialising in Multiplatform applications to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Figma and a proven track record of setting up and managing a design system. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and aesthetic vision to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences across mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype elegant solutions for React Native mobile and web applications using Figma.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to refine and iterate design concepts.
• Translate user needs and requirements into interactive designs that are visually appealing and easy to use.
• Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to validate designs and improve usability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design and technology trends to integrate cutting-edge solutions into the mobile design workflow.
• Provide detailed documentation and specifications for developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional design experience specifically in mobile and web app design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Multiplatform design projects and proficiency in using Figma
• Experience designing and maintaining a design system with a deep understanding of scalable and reusable components.
• Proficiency in other design tools like: Rive/Lottie is a plus.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and accessibility.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage tasks across multiple projects.
