Job description

Employment Type: Permanent (UoP, B2B)
Working hours: Full time, shift work (8:00-16:00, 10:00-18:00,12:00-20:00)

Responsibilities:

to provide professional and efficient support to our clients, maintaining a high degree of customer service
to analyze issues reported by clients
to communicate with clients and gather all information required to reproduce the problem
to communicate with analysts & developers in order to find a proper resolution
configurations verification
to document troubleshooting and resolution steps

We expect you to have:

min. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
knowledge of Linux operating system concepts and bash scripting
ability to read and understand code written in Java or other high-level programming language
TCP/IP and TLS understanding
knowledge of SQL
readiness for on-call standby (24/7) - 1 week per month
problem-solving attitude
very good business communication skills
good command of English
full working proficiency in Polish
very good business communication skills

Nice to have:

familiarity with CI/CD concepts
experience with web services
knowledge of Git or another VCS
