Job description:
- Creating test plan and test direction
- Building inspections strategic short and long term, control measures and procedures
- Managing the project testing team
- Measuring and controling the development quality and product
- Hands on design \ execute testing (50%)
- Managing and executing tests according to test scenarios
- Reporting software failures discovered during system testing
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in software testing
- Proven experience in a team leading role
- Experience with test planning, test completion
- Experience with user acceptance tests
- Experience in testing finance systems or large scale testing projects - advantage
- Experience with overseas customers - advantage
- Solid English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- SQL knowledge
- Experience working with test management tools (Quality center) - advantage
- Familiarity and knowledge of the general insurance area - advantage
- Willing to travel
