Job description

We are looking for a highly-motivated and successful Managed Services consultant / methodology in the financial services software solutions field with proven executive-level contact management skills, ideally in major insurance organizations. A strong track record of post-production supporting services, managed services pre-sale opportunities and implementation of managed services.

 Key Skills
  • Provide expert subject matter knowledge and methodology in all aspects of the managed services portfolio within the insurance services business domain.
  • Organize customer workshops to establish working processes and procedures based on the contractual commitments agreed between Sapiens and each customer;
  • Organize work processes and procedures and manage standard service processes and associated documentation;
  • Produce operational documentation relevant to each customer’s target operating model;
  • Involvement in managed services implementation programs and projects prior to live production operations;
  • Support complex and large-scale managed services pre-sales opportunities;
  • Work with customers to identify customer’s business and commercial needs in the managed service domain;
  • Provide Sapiens Service Managers guidance in achieving service levels and KPIs agreed with each customer;
  • Liaise with customer executives and service management to ensure implementation success against sales goals.
      
Requirements
  • Senior Managed Services role (Methodology, management, KM) with over 5 years’ experience.
  • Setting up end to end managed services management and governance;
  • Managing operational manuals;
  • Defining operational processes and procedures (ideally ITIL methodology);
  • Setting up application management services in a software services company;
  • Setting up hosting solutions for tier 1-3 customers;
  • Supporting pre-sales opportunities in the managed services solution area;
  • Experience of Cloud Hosting Solutions components, including operational aspects of infrastructure, environments, networks and security;
  • Third party managed services solutions.
  • Flexible with travel - 30% of the time on average
