Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for leading the project to success in terms of delivery of the agreed scope within the agreed timeline and the adequate quality, with full customer satisfaction
- Implementation of an insurance software package
- Project budget and planning management
- Managing the relationship with the customer
- Coordinating the various subcontractors contributing to the project
- Project’s risk analysis management and mitigation
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in project management
- Experience with international project management - Advantage
- Multi sites management experience
- Experience with working with off-sites - Advantage
- Experience in managing project in a matrix environment
- Excellent management and interpersonal skills
- Experience in implementing software packages
- Experience in analysis of business procedure requirements
- Familiarity with insurance domain / financial services - Advantage
- Fluent in English
- Other languages
- Flexible with travel - 50% of the time on average
- PMP or Prince certificate - Advantage
