We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Senior BE Developer (f/m/d) to become part of our Solution Team at SAP Fioneer ESG Solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Write good, structured, high-quality code with an emphasis on tests
• Develop analyze, design, and implement pragmatic solutions
• Support the development and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance for our production systems
• Support the professional growth of team members through mentoring, pairing, code reviewing, knowledge sharing, and a continuous improvement attitude
• Take the action to participate in technical and business discussions
• Work in an agile environment as part of a cross-functional team

What we expect

• 5+ years of rock-solid experience using Java/Kotlin and Spring framework. We use Kotlin in our project, but if you are proficient in Java, we will be happy to teach you.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases 
• Experience with designing REST APIs 
• Strong desire to constantly learn new skills and develop your abilities 
• Comprehensive level of proficiency in the English language, particularly in a professional context
• Have a keen eye for detail and strive for excellence

• "Can do attitude” and taking ownership

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with enterprise system integrations
• Experienced in building infrastructure with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker
