About our Team

Our team is focused on delivering best quality services to Samsung Smart TVs like TV Plus, Universal Guide, S-Health etc. We check the functionality of the services in MENA region before and after each release and also perform pre-release verification of new channels and contents. Our main concern is customer's experience satisfaction, as well as making sure that no bugs appear on our devices.

Role and Responsibilities

• Smart TV contents’ quality control
• Daily service monitoring
• Smart TV apps’ tests
• Data gathering and insight
• Cooperation with other Team members

Skills and Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Analytical thinking
• Experience in working with data
• Creative approach to performed tasks
• Good command of English
• Ability to work individually and in a team
• Willingness to improve your skills

Nice to have

• Experience in testing and QA
• Knowledge of other languages: German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic
• Knowledge of some scripting language
