About our Team

You will participate in international projects, working on Open Network Automation Platform (ONAP) - a platform to manage virtual network functions in core networks of the world’s largest telecommunications companies (core infrastructure/core networks/5G). You will work on one of the largest open source project, creating innovative solutions, with the latest technologies shaping the future of mobile networks - this is our everyday life

Role and Responsibilities

Working in various areas of ONAP support for 5G including support for Network Slicing such as CSMF and NSMF integration, etc.
Designing and implementing integration mechanisms between ONAP and OSS/BSS systems consistent with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture.
Adapting and extending ONAP to meet requirements of new mobile standards
Design and development of tools and solutions based on:
- containers and micro-services
- analytics, graphs and policies
- APIs defined by 3GPP, TM Forum, etc.
Active participation in community meetings
Open source contribution to ONAP and Linux Foundation
Documenting and testing of performed tasks
Ensure high quality of the work
Participation in international developer conferences

Skills and Qualifications

Experience with OSS/BSS systems.
Experience with telco system integration
Ability to work without or with minimal supervision.
Experience in systems/software design and development.
Experience with and ability to code, debug and test.
Very good knowledge of Java
At least Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Math or similar technical studies)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Nice to have

RESTful API, YAML and JSON
Knowledge of Python and/or shell scripting.
Knowledge of telecommunication standards: ETSI, 3GPP, TM Forum, etc.
