Job description

Role and Responsibilities

Development and maintenance of OpenStack based cloud platform:
- Test case automation
- Installation, upgrade, update, scaling and general life cycle management
- Samsung features (unique functionalities, distinguishing Samsung OpenStack amongst the competition)
Participation in OpenStack Open Source community
R&D – research on selected topics, testing new technologies and solutions

Skills and Qualifications

Linux knowledge
IP networking
Python
Algorithms, computing complexity analysis
Self-motivated and pro-active with good problem solving skills
Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication or similar; can be on-going studies in related faculty
Very good communication skills

Nice to have

OpenStack, Open vSwitch, KVM-based virtualization and libvirt, container based virtualization
Software configuration management tools like Ansible
High availability solutions
