Internship – PMO&Operations Intern

About our Team

Samsung Biz Solution Development team works in collaboration with local Samsung offices across Europe to educate and provide B2B customers with extensive range of industry-specific business solutions. We conduct discovery workshops and technical consultations for customers, after which we plan, design and build "tailor-made" solutions for them. What is more, we additionally offer technical after-sales support for our business partners.

Responsibilities

·      Creation & maintenance of project documentation

·      Support project leaders in managing project schedules and milestones; ensuring that weekly project statuses are received from teams

·      Conducting various analysis, preparing reports, recommending actions when presenting reports to leaders

·      Following-up with leaders to support their efforts in data entry and analysis for resources’ planning and controlling

·      Optimization of existing processes by proposing and implementing innovations

·      Updates of reports’ forms and templates

·      Support the control and administration activities performed by members of the PMO

·      Ensure smooth and transparent communication across project team

Skills and Qualifications

·      Very good knowledge of MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·      Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·      Excellent communication skills

·      Creative, think outside the box

·      Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously

·      Effective organizational and time management skills, including ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

·      Build relationships and work successfully across teams

·      Fluent English required

Nice to have

·      Good presentation skills

·      Interest in Security and Mobile Solutions

·      Project Management related course or studies
