Our Salling Group Shared Service Center is a multifunctional unit managing the Group's business processes across Europe, including IT Support. As a fast growing Team, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of:
IT TEAM LEADER
Holding this position, you will be responsible for lead, motivate and manage a team that support and develop Application and Automatization tools. You will be able to inspire and create results in an effective and motivating way, being not afraid to lend a hand in the operation, when necessary. Major responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and manage a team providing IT services to a number of business units and territories
- Ensure stability of existing applications and develop new automatization tools (RPA) according to business requirements
- Drive the grow of platforms that support IT services: ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk etc.
- Proactively support any changes to systems, schematics or the introduction of new concepts
- Monitor, control and report KPIs and SLA to Head of IT - SSC, analyze and develop improvement plans
- Ensure effective communication and cooperation within a team, cross- team and cross-department
- Responsibility for customer care and complex query resolution
Ideal candidate’s skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience (preferred is software developing environment)
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation environment will be advantage
- Fluency in English
- Proven experience in leading a Team
- Customer/stakeholder focus attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Structured and able to work with deadlines
