Leading the technical design and developments activities of our future Salesforce CRM application in Europe. The platform is currently being designed and implemented with an external partner but ownership of the platform will be transferred internally in 2022.
Understanding business and process management evolution needs, propose technical solutions, estimate the development efforts and make sure developments are performed within estimation and good quality, with an internal team of developers to be recruited. A very good knowledge of Salesforce will be expected to define the best solutions between Salesforce standard customization/configuration, opportunity to use components within Salesforce itself or Salesforce AppExchange, and specific developments.
Organizing and performing the technical support of the CRM platform with high quality standards (incidents and bug fixing) with the internal development team.
Actively participating to Salesforce customization, developments and be a technical referent and support for the internal development team.
Defining and managing the tools and processes necessary for continuous developments and integrations on the Salesforce platform (CICD), integrating quality testing.
Technical cooperation with external and internal service providers, especially when it relates to new interfaces set-up or existing interfaces troubleshooting/evolutions (with the internal teams in charge of SAP ERP, Office365, GetResponse,…).
Participating in team creation, skills improvements, and overall efficiency.
Our requirements
Application Developer with Engineering or Master degree and at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce design, development and implementation projects, ideally in an international context.
Very good understanding of business needs, described in epics/user stories and ability to design and implement optimal solutions in terms functionality, efficiency, manageability and security.
Strong experience in application developments project and Agile methodology (Scrum).
Knowledge and experience in SOA architecture, Microservices, APIs, Apex developments.
Understanding of cybersecurity demands and their implementation.
Strong technical leadership and communication skills to exchange with Business functional people (non-technical).
Salesforce Administration and Developers certifications, very good understanding of Salesforce usability as a platform. Salesforce AppExchange and capabilities to integrate with external platform.
Fluent in English.
