As Connected Health 👉 Senior Systems Analyst you will work with our highly skilled development teams, creating state-of-the-art solutions for remote patient monitoring, medication adherence and monitoring, patient support, and patient engagement.

💡 Key Responsibilities: 


Working as a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for: 


  • Interaction with customers and various project stakeholders, including worldwide experts from the healthcare domain, to gather the requirements, understand business needs and customer expectations 
  • Elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements 
  • Leading the translation of business and user requirements into user stories and system requirements 
  • Backlog management and prioritization of user stories accordingly to maximize value delivery 
  • Working with the development team to support and ensure accurate delivery of business requirements and customer needs 
  • Supporting the implementation of processes that increase productivity without introducing unnecessary complexity 
  • Communicating effectively with clients and team members at all levels of the organization to solve complex business and process challenges, using written and verbal communications as well as visualizations 
  • Proactively solving issues within timelines, technology limitations, budgets, and resource constraints 
  • Working in an Agile environment 


✅ Requirements: 

  • At least 7 years of experience in customer-facing System Analyst role in a large, highly scalable enterprise system project, ideally in the Healthcare domain 
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or a closely related discipline 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and strong verbal communication skills (Polish & English) 
  • Organization & business awareness, including customer focus and strong relationship building 
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail in high-pressure situations


➡️ Experience in any of the following areas is a distinct advantage: 

  • UML and BPML 
  • Defining medical systems 
  • Usability testing and customer acceptance testing 
  • Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO13485, and FDA certification requirements
