    As​ Senior Support Engineer, you will work in the operations team (MSO) responsible for maintaining products developed by S3 Connected Health and deployed to production.


    Working as a Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

    • Maintenance activities
    • monitoring of production environment of customers or own products
    • based on the available tools, scripts, and manuals, you will be accountable for:
    • deployments of new product versions,
    • installation of updates,
    • investigation of issues,
    • configuration changes
    • Support activities:
    • interaction with customers,
    • implementation of customer requests,
    • interaction with development teams,
    • administration of systems (cloud, servers, workstations)
    • preparation of usage reports


    Requirements:

    • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject
    • Systems administration skills (linux, windows)
    • Management and administration of web-based applications deployed in the cloud (Azure, AWS)
    • Knowledge of database solutions and SQL scripting
    • Knowledge of networks
    • Good communication skills (English)
    • Understanding of support frameworks based on ITIL
    • Analytical skills in order to resolve support cases
    • Ability to handle and resolve technical issues
    • Ability to learn new technologies and develop new skills
