IT Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for the efficient administration and development of our company's IT infrastructure. Role involves introducing new technologies, crafting technical solutions, and resolving complex issues reported through our service desk platform. IT Administration will monitor IT resources, proactively maintaining them while overseeing server, network, and logical infrastructure platforms. Additionally, managing orders and service deliveries for assigned IT resources and providing advanced support for laboratory IT systems.

💡 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administration and development of the company's IT infrastructure 
• Introducing new technologies and solutions in the IT infrastructure area 
• Independent preparation of comprehensive technical solutions for the development of IT infrastructure and services 
• Solving complex issues reported in the "service desk" platform 
• Monitoring of IT resources and proactive actions to maintain them 
• Administration and development of the server, network and logical IT infrastructure platform  
• Administration and development of IT Infrastructure the hardware platform: servers, storage, network devices.  
• Administration and development of key IT infrastructure services 
• Administration of advanced IT services for the laboratory IT systems 
• Management of orders and service deliveries for entrusted IT resources 

✅ YOUR BACKGROUND

• Extensive experience with Linux (CentOS / Debian / Ubuntu) and Windows Server: administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning 
• Good knowledge of virtualization, especially VMware ESXi (vSphere, vCenter) 
• Wide knowledge of enterprise level backup solution (Veeam, Commvault, etc)  
• Wide knowledge of enterprise level networking (Fortigate, Aruba) 
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes 
• Experience with IT monitoring system (Zabbix) 
• Practical experience with networking, TCP/IP, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues 
• Fluent Polish and English language
• Desirable skills:
• Knowledge of relational database management systems, such as Postgre SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, My SQL
• Familiarity with Active Directory/FreeIPA LDAP
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform
