RTB House is one of the online advertising market leaders in Poland offering personalized retargeting in real-time bidding (RTB) model. The company has built its own RTB platform which is located in 5 data centers around the world and handling thousands of bid requests per second. 

Currently we are looking for a talented full stack developer to join our Apps Team. The team is based at our office in Warsaw, near the Wierzbno metro station.

In our team, we develop and maintain web-based applications for ad campaigns management and reporting. We love using state-of-the-art technologies and tools like ES6/7, Webpack and React.

IT department has a flat organizational structure, consisting of small and highly independent teams working in agile/kanban methodologies. But we focus on delivering working code, not management. As we create long-running solutions, we pay attention to code quality and do regular code review and refactoring.
