If you’re a big fan of planning and retro meetings, a teamwork evangelist who’s always ready to sprint when it comes to sprints - we’ll probably find a common ground. And working with standards that make your tasks 0:1, at the office overlooking a lake, are just some of the extras.
We're a group of developers, testers, project managers - Agile enthusiast. We build foreign start-ups - web and mobile applications in Ruby on Rails, Python, PHP, JavaScript, Android, and iOS.
We’re looking for someone who:
- knows Agile methodologies,
- knows software for project development: JIRA, Jira Agile,
- has a technical knowledge of web and mobile applications,
- has experience as an IT Project Manager,
- is looking for solutions when it comes to problems,
- can organize work - his/her own and others in the team,
- knows English very well (C1 level).
Big plus for:
- scrum.org certificate.
You will:
- create estimations of projects for potential and current clients with the team members,
- analyze and report the requirements of IT solutions and measure its feasibility,
- create a product backlog in the form of user stories,
- advise startups on technologies,
- control if the system is in accordance with business requirements,
- present, report the progress of work and present demos for our clients,
- verify implemented solutions - analyze results and look for the areas of improvement.
