We’re a fun team of 30 people based out of Berlin, Genua, Taipei, and our HQ in old Porcelain Factory in Katowice - the heart of Silesian creative and tech scene.
About the role
We are looking for aspiring talent (student or fresh graduate) to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis, perfect for complementing your related field of studies. This role is based in our lovely office in Katowice; however, we offer remote working hours too 🏡
Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Team member, you will support our product and marketing team in:
- Helping our customers and leads with email (primarily) and phone support, including product demos
- Collaborating with product and marketing teams to deliver accurate and up-to-date product documentation
- Creating text and video tutorials for our help center
- Running product and content newsletters
- Supporting and engaging our community members
Your profile
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Attention to detail
- SEO experience is a plus
- Knowledge in the software development process is even a bigger plus
