We do #Code4life creating innovative software that helps doctors, patients and scientist around the world.
We need a Senior Team Manager who has experience in:
- Directly managing a team - hiring, motivating, career planning & development, performance management;
- Preparing and implementing IT strategy for a business area, preferably with an understanding of EAI and/or Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and Data Science;
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Business Partners;
- Inspiring staff and partners, taking pride in enabling others to be successful;
- Managing service and project portfolio, ensuring business continuity and accountability for the quality of services;
In addition, demonstrates:
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, Project and Service Management including agile methodologies;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
