IT Support Internship

Robotec.ai is a software company that develops hi-tech solutions for robotics and automotive industries. We help our customers build state-of-the-art robotic simulations and testing tools to ensure their machines work safely and efficiently. Our engineers also develop various R&D projects and products. We are currently looking for an entry-level IT Support.  

What you will do:  

• Diagnose and resolve IT infrastructure issues.  
• Administrate on-premise network, servers, and mass storage.  
• Provide day-to-day technical support for our employees.  
• Maintain office equipment—laptops, printers, etc.  
• Manage user accounts and access.  
• Configure computer hardware and IT infrastructure.  
• Work closely with our IT admin.  

Requirements:  

• Experience administrating Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.  
• Basic knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).  
• Understanding of computer hardware, IT infrastructure and networking principles.  
• Proactivity and problem-solving skills.  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  
• Fluency in Polish and English languages.  

Additional, great to have skills:  

• Experience with CRM or ERP systems.  
• Familiarity with Proxmox virtualization systems.
