As a Tandem System Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in providing technical solutions across our business operations. You’ll manage, integrate, and optimize our HP Non-Stop Tandem platform while collaborating across teams to deliver robust system performance. 🎯Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Ensure successful integration and operation of the HP Non-Stop Tandem platform in business environments.
• Application Deployment: Support and manage the deployment of applications across test, pre-production, and production environments.
• Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to Production Operations and internal/external business partners.
• Install & Test: Handle the installation and testing of new releases and products (IBM MQ, Python, NonStop Webserver, Batch definition, etc.).
• Security & Network: Manage NonStop Security and network configurations.
• Database Administration: Oversee database management (SQL/MP and SQL/MX).
• Performance Analysis: Conduct system and application performance analysis, ensuring optimal performance.
• Project Participation: Take part in major infrastructure and compliance projects.
• Mentorship: Train new team members on Tandem technology.

💥 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience working within a NonStop environment.
• Expertise in system administration, including Network Guardian & OSS.
• Strong programming skills (TACL, Python, Yaml, Shell Script).
• Knowledge of key tools and infrastructure: RDF/TMF/SCF/Pathway/Safeguard/DSM/SCM/MQSerie, SQL & SQL/MX, XMA, XUA, XCM, SSHCOM, ODBC, ITPWeb.
• Experience with performance analysis (Measure, SQL explain plan).
• A quick learner with a passion for ICT technologies and knowledge sharing.
• Detail-oriented and able to adhere to established standards.
• A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Location: Cracow, Brussels, or London

Type: Full-time, rotational on-call support (18:00–08:00)
