📣 We are looking for ServiceNow Developer with HR module

🎯 Location: Cracow (Hybrid - 1 day a week in the office)

🖥 Contract: Full-time, long-term cooperation

💰 Salary: 17,000 - 20,000 PLN gross (permanent contract)

💡 Requirements

• Experience:
• At least 3 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration, preferably within HR Scoped applications.
• Hands-on experience with the HR module is mandatory.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in HR technology, specifically supporting ServiceNow processes.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy, actions, and Client and Server scripts.
• Experience in configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Mobile and Web Onboarding.
• Ability to support existing and build new interfaces, with a good understanding of available integrations with 3rd party tools.
• Compliance:
• Ensure the system maintains compliance with policies and procedures, including GLBA, SOX, PCI, and data retention.
• Communication:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to engage with business partners to understand requirements, provide options, and set appropriate delivery expectations.
