Place: Remote

Task Description:

-Extend ServiceNow standard product “Telecommunications Service Management” with TMF APIs like:

Telecom Management Forum APIs:

• Order Management API TMF-622

• Inventory Management API TMF-637

• Catalog Management API TMF-620

• Bundling of products

-Defining and maintaining the data architecture roadmap, offering advice and guidance to business stakeholders.

-Ensure that data architect solutions align with business requirements and data policies and Translate business requirements into data models that are easy to understand and used by different subject areas.

-Design, implement and build data models and pipelines that deliver data with measurable quality.

Requirements

• ServiceNow standard product Telecommunications Service Management

• ServiceNow Solution Architectures

• Experience with API design and implementation using:

• GraphQL/gRPC

• RESTful services

• Good written and spoken English skills B2+

• German nice to have
