In order to capitalize on the success and continued growth plans at a leading global operator of electronic trading we are seeking a SailPoint Content Developer!

As a member of the Information Security team, this role will be taking the lead in executing, supporting, and enhancing the SailPoint Identity Management and Entitlements Recertification program. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, experienced with performing SailPoint development, and has a good understanding of the IDAM landscape, certification processes, and user management systems. 

The role will also have an opportunity to work with subject matter experts not only within security, but across infrastructure, network, development, and business teams.

We need people who are able to prioritize and can effectively communicate complex issues to non-technical team members. We would prefer someone who has Financial Services experience or with a similar regulated industry, who can meet with our internal partners and translate business processes into SailPoint recertification and attestation tasks. 

We (at RITS) work in the cooperation/partnership model where we see our consultants as clients as well. We work exclusively with this particular client which is a very stable company that has been in existence for over 25 years and helps the world's leading asset managers, central banks, hedge funds, and other institutional investors access the liquidity they need through a range of electronic marketplaces and trades on average of about 30 trillion dollars A MONTH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support operational management of all SailPoint activities, including identifying opportunities for new processes and procedures to improve analytical capabilities, report quality, and process efficiencies. 
• Design the SailPoint implementation from the ground up with external partners.
• Work with our recertification team to understand existing processes, map those to SailPoint, and help improve processes with technology and creative ideas.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Identity and access management requirements and tools, interfacing with our Active Directory team. 
• Produce analysis of recertification campaigns. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven, hands-on content deployment and management of a SailPoint installation in a similar organization.
• Proven, hands-on experience in SailPoint design and design principles.
• Very good understanding of Active Directory user roles, privileges, and AD group management.
• Ability to abstract business-level entitlements from technology entitlements and model processes accordingly.
• Ability to convey complex technical and non-technical concepts in verbal products & excellent writing skills are mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of IDAM architectures (e.g. LDAP, AD, Radius, Okta, Password Vaults).
