Quality Assurance

We are RITS and we are looking for Quality Assurance for our client from biotechnology industry.

This is a role with hybrid work from the office in Wrocław.

Job description:

• Work as part of a global and diversified team to improve the development process;
• Set up the test environment;
• Create infrastructure to automate testing activities;
• Plan and execute testing of new releases;
• Create comprehensive and complete test scripts based on available documentation;
• Responsible for analyzing the technical aspects of the requirements to support software QA activities.

Position Requirements:

• min 5+ experience in a Software Quality Assurance role;
• Experience with testing management tools, bug tracking tools;
• Professional experience with test automation design and test automation tools;
• Experience in script/programming languages (Java, Perl, Python, Shell, Bash etc.);
• Basic concepts of Core Java (syntax, functions, object-oriented programming etc.)

•  Collections
• Streams
• Exception handling
• Interfaces, abstract class, etc.

• Experience with libraries: jaxb, mybatis, gson, restassured, assert;
• Good understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS;
• Good understanding of cucumber/gherkin syntax;
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases;
• Good knowledge of white box and black box testing;
• Good knowledge of defect and issue-tracking applications, and knowledge-sharing software;
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
• Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with REST API's test and standards
• Experience with unit and integration testing
• ISTQB Foundation certificate
