Responsibilities
- Be responsible for building a business unit focused on delivering large enterprise e-commerce solutions based on SAP Commerce Cloud
- Support recruiting activities, since the recruitment of skilled and junior resources will be the first fundamental task
- Be responsible for training and mentoring staff
- Ensure harmonious environment for working
- Develop and communicate the vision and the values of the company to members of unit
- Bring value and experience in the projects as skilled architect
- Help the company in pre-sales activities, with the objective of delivering own projects with own customers in Europe

Qualifications
- MS Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or similar
- Strong Java knowledge and experience
- Minimum 5 years SAP Commerce (Hybris) development experience
- Experience in designing large enterprise architectures and solutions based on SAP Commerce
- Security-by-design approach
- Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and tools (JIRA)
Soft Skills
- Project and program management
- Planning and coordinating team members
- Good interpersonal relation and good standing
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to understanding business needs
- English-speaking with proficiency at least C1 is mandatory
