• Responsible for Service Delivery according to SLA
• Responsible for building highly collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships
• P&L responsible
• You will be in charge of customer communication
• Support in setting up and commissioning cloud infrastructures
• Together with your team, you will optimize and promote the creative development of provisioning, continuous integration & delivery
• You use cloud technologies to offer our customers scalable and cost-effective solutions

Qualification

• Successfully completed university studies in business administration, mathematics, (business) informatics, mathematics or in a comparable field of study
• You already have professional experience in leading a team 
• Your working style is characterized by a high level of commitment as well as conceptual and analytical skills
• You have relevant work experience in DevOps (min. 3-4 years)
• You are a confident presenter, have a flexible approach to working and taking initiatives
• Our team and customers are international, so excellent communication skills in English are required, German language skills are a plus
• You are available to work in a hybrid mode: both in our office in Katowice and from home. Working from the office includes 2 - 3 days a week.
