Responsibilities

• Lead complex data science projects from concept to deployment.
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve critical business problems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies in data science for potential integration into existing workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to align projects with organizational goals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level data scientists.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Very good communication skills in English
• 5+ years of experience in advanced data science roles.
• Proficient in using Data Science and Machine Learning techniques
• Proven track record of data science project delivery and business impact.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills, guiding team collaboration and ensuring alignment with objectives.
• You meet with your team in the office once a month to plan your work and discuss progress
