Responsibilities

• Be part of our mixed agile teams and support our well-known national and international clients on the integration and development of SAP based solutions.
• You will configure, enhance and develop custom build apps and extensions to SAP solutions to meet the business requirements of our clients.
• To this end, you will bring in your good know-how on SAP technologies mainly based on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• You will discuss and record requirements together with our team and bring in your technical expertise to support the whole team to provide the best solution for the client.
• You will take care of the relationship with the business customers in order to understand their needs and expectations. The customer feels well advised and supported by you from the first proof-of-concept to the final solution.
• You have an eye on quality and share your experience in code reviews or pair programming sessions with other colleagues.
• As part of our team, you will contribute to the continuous development of our corporate culture and team spirit.
• If you are already on senior level, you will guide and coordinate junior resources in order to get their best contribution.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed studies in computer science, mathematics, natural sciences or engineering preferably with a focus on software development.
• You already have at least 2 years of experience in software development (object-orientation, service-oriented design, test-driven implementation, ...) with programming languages like JavaScript or Node.js.
• You have good knowledge of cloud-based technologies like SAP BTP including CAP, OData and UI5/Fiori and ideally also in backend technologies such as SAP ABAP OO, SAP HANA.
• Additional knowledge and experiences in SAP topics like HANA DB / CDS, OData Services, Implementation of custom solution based on SAP, SAP CI/CD.
• You have experience in project management and communication tools (Scrum, Kanban, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Git, Slack).
• You are a strong team player with very good communication skills at least in English (German also welcome), who thinks in terms of solutions and also actively offers them.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per month.
