Mid MS365 Consultant

Responsibilites

• As a Senior M365 Cloud Consultant you will be responsible for delivering solution designs and architectures for initiatives within the Azure Cloud. 
• Together with your team you are able to find the best solution for the customer’s demands and guide him into the right direction especially during the Change & Adoption-Phase within the organisation. 
• Support by technical provisioning of Office 365 as well as the administration and configuration of Microsoft services.
• Implementation and/or project management of migration and rollout for M365 solutions.
• Your focus is to consult the customer on Cloud transformations and show up with your engineering skills. 
• You provide guidance on engineering methodologies and best practices to improve the customer’s environment. 
• You are responsible to prepare and drive on customer workshops on a technical and organizational level. 
• You are willing to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.

Qualification

• You have a successfully completed degree in IT-related fields.
• You have more than 4 years of experience in IT and projects, at least 2 of them with Cloud solutions and services. 
• Strong Interest in current cloud technological trends with the M365 environment or e.g. Exchange Online, MS Teams, Defender for M365.
• Excellent knowledge in the realization and leading of M365 projects and related Microsoft technologies (such as Office, Teams, Power Platform, Exchange Online)
• In-depth technical knowledge in the field (Azure) Active Directory und AD Connect 
• You know how to use Microsoft PowerShell  
• Certifications in the field of Office 365 is must., as well as ITIL and Cloud Security (Defenders, etc.) 
• Experiences with Managed Service processes and systems like Matrix42 or ServiceNow or equal.
• Modern management approaches is not a magic.
• Good English or German skills round off your profile, and make you able to communicate in all levels
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter
