Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with top German automotive companies, leveraging an understanding of their business culture. Acting as the primary point of contact for our German clients, utilizing fluency in the German language to facilitate seamless

communication and understanding.

• Leading and coordinating multinational teams based in our Munich and Katowice offices. All while effectively utilizing the German language to bridge communication gaps and enhance collaboration.

• Offering expertise in improving business processes and optimizing product features, with a keen awareness of German business practices.

• Ensuring adherence to quality standards, guaranteeing that products resonate with German end-users, showcasing language-sensitive awareness.

• Defining and prioritizing product features, creating and maintaining a product backlog, and ensuring the development, with a keen emphasis on the German language.

Qualifications

• You can confidently speak in German and English - we are a multi-cultural and multi-national company headquartered in the heart of Bavaria, Munich.

• We are looking for colleagues with T-shaped skills; university degrees in computer science, or business administration, or a comparable mix of knowledge/experience

• You can have various professional backgrounds; IT business, technical (IT), or a mix of experiences in many industries, and Agile mindset, Scrum/Kanban, and intrapreneurship sound very familiar to you

• You have to inherently enjoy working with and talking to other people (clients, colleagues, and any other stakeholders)

• High tolerance for change (last-minute adjustments, altering of requirements, etc.) and everyday project ambiguities

• Readiness to learn frequently, work with many dependencies, and step up into the role quickly and often.

• Openness to travelling to the Katowice and from time to time to Bavarian office.
