IT Security & Compliance Consultant

Responsibilities

Your mission will be to identify and analyze security risks and threats that may affect our clients' operations. You'll be at the forefront, safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring compliance with regulations
• You will be responsible for preparing Privacy Impact Assessments to assess and mitigate privacy risks. You will develop ingenious IT security concepts, including risk assessment and robust control measures, to ensure our clients' data remains secure and protected.
• Be a driving force in cybersecurity and compliance projects, from strategic planning to meticulous implementation and vigilant monitoring.
• You will work closely with our clients as a partner and colleague, building long-lasting relationships beyond mere consultation. Our consultants aim to be trusted friends and advisors to our clients, providing expert guidance and helping them achieve their IT-specific goals.

Qualifications

• You can confidently and casually speak in English - we are a multi-cultural and multi-national company headquartered in the heart of Bavaria - Munich. 99% of the time we speak English. German language skills would be a plus.
• We are looking for new colleagues with T-shaped skills; university degrees in IT security, computer science, business administration, or a comparable mix of knowledge/experience
• You need min. two years of experience in security analyses and risk assessments; project environment and current IT cybersecurity issues are nothing new to you
• You have to enjoy working with and talking to other people (clients, colleagues, and any other stakeholders)
• Openness for visits to the Katowice office 3-4 times every month.
