CyberArk Specialist (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with end users to identify access needs and define onboarding requirements.

• Translate onboarding use cases into technical designs and processes.

• Configure CyberArk safes and platforms according to established standards.

• Configure and test CyberArk PSM (Privileged Session Manager) connectors.

• Configure and test CyberArk CPM (Central Policy Manager) plugins.

• Assign connection components to CyberArk platforms.

• Ensure smooth and secure alignment with compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent combination of education.

• Proven hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Security solutions (safes, platforms, PSM connectors, CPM plugins).

• Strong understanding of privileged access management (PAM) concepts, processes, and best practices.

• Experience designing and implementing onboarding solutions in enterprise environments.

• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.

• Good communication skills in English and Polish. German is a plus.

• Our standard is a hybrid working model with regular office presence in Katowice. Specific arrangements can be discussed during the recruitment process.
